Goals

Recommendation 21 presents coded representations for the package type names used in international trade. The codes are intended for use in manual and/or automated systems for the exchange of information between participants in international trade.

Requesting a Change (DMR - Data Maintance Request)

Change requests should be made by raising an issue in github and completing the template, these changes will then be considered and follow the below process.

Recommendation No. 21 is maintained on behalf of UN/CEFACT by the UN/CEFACT Information Content Management Group (ICG). Proposals for updating this Recommendation should be addressed to the Global Trade Solutions Section, United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, Palais des Nations, CH-1211 Geneva 10, Switzerland or by email (cefact@unece.org).
