edi3 Inter Goverment Ledger Specification (IGL)
The edi3 Inter Goverment Ledger Specification aims to provide a standard mechanism for trusted G2G data excahnge in support of international trade processes. It is essentially a trust bridge between national identity schemes and thereby allows importing jurisductions to have confidence in the integrity of digital trade documents such as certificates of origin that are issued by identified parties in the exporting jurisdiction.
The edi3 IGL supports the UN/CEFACT Cross Border Interledger Project.
